Outerwear is where Marina Anouilh's two worlds meet: the Marrakesh atelier and the Alps. Hand-embroidered Marrakesh jackets in cotton and velvet carry the trims of Moroccan craft into the everyday wardrobe; the Stephanie coat, woven from yak and wool, was developed for Gstaad winters and has become a quiet icon of the house. In between sit linen jackets shaped for spring resort and silk-blend pieces for the in-between seasons.

Silhouettes are generous and easy — T-cut, soft-shouldered, never tailored to the point of stiffness. Layer over a silk shirt and a linen trouser, or over a long dress for evening. A single statement jacket is often enough to anchor an entire outfit, in the spirit of bohemian chic restraint.
