Shipping policy

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

1. Shipping Policy

For Switzerland: All orders are shipped via La Poste and shipping is free. Customers may also choose in-store pickup from our official boutiques:

  • Marina Anouilh Gstaad: Promenade 6A, 3780 Gstaad
  • Marina Anouilh Geneva: Rue Verdaine 8, 1204 Geneva

Please note that when using local pickup, Swiss VAT will apply regardless of the billing address.

For International Orders: All shipments outside Switzerland are handled via DHL Express. Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated dynamically at checkout using the DHL Express Commerce API.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all duties and taxes are prepaid — no additional charges will be collected on delivery.

2. Can I return or exchange my order?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any item(s) you are not completely satisfied with, provided they are returned in a saleable condition — unworn, with all original tags attached — and within 14 days of delivery.

Please take care when trying on your items to avoid damage or marks. Tags must remain attached. Items returned without tags will not be accepted.

Care instructions must be followed; items damaged due to improper care will not be accepted for return.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty. Only the product value will be refunded.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@marinaanouilh.com with your order number and a short explanation. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our discretion. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, we will suggest an alternative by email.

3. Returning items to us

Items must be securely packaged and marked with your order number. Returns should be sent to:

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the return, via the original payment method.

4. Return of Faulty Items

All items are quality-checked before shipping. If you receive a faulty item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

We will refund return shipping costs for faulty items only if you notify us in advance, provide proof of postage, and the return is approved at our discretion.

Refunds are made only to the original payment method and only if the fault is validated by our team or the manufacturer. You will be informed within 14 days of our decision.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our returns policy.

If your order has not yet shipped, a full refund including shipping will be issued. If the order has shipped, you may return it upon receipt (unopened) to receive a refund (excluding shipping fees).

Please note that once packaging is opened, cancellations are no longer possible and the return policy applies instead.

6. Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are included at checkout.

Note: Duties and taxes are not refundable, even in the case of returns.
