Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed),
  • Include all original tags and packaging,
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please try items carefully to avoid any damage or marks. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personal care products

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest solution is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
