Shipping & returns

How long does shipping take?

Switzerland: free La Poste delivery, typically 2–3 working days. International: DHL Express DDP, 3–5 working days depending on destination. All international duties and taxes are pre-paid — no surprise charges on delivery.

What is your return policy?

14 days from delivery, on unworn items with all original tags. Email contact@marinaanouilh.com to initiate a return. Made-to-measure and sale items are non-returnable. Full details on our refund policy.

Can I exchange a piece?

The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct size swaps to keep the process simple.

How do I book a personal appointment?

Use our appointment page to schedule a one-on-one styling session. A 45 to 60-minute appointment with a stylist — perfect for ceremony preparation, building a seasonal wardrobe, or your first visit.
